ALPHA 933 Registrador de Eventos

El módulo Alpha 933 dispone de 18 entradas totalmente aisladas diseñadas para registrar con precisión eventos.

The module will monitor and record a sequence of events referenced against real time such as trips and control reaction in industrial plant so that cause and effect can be studied. These events are buffered and made available to the host computer without the risk of missing subsequent changes in the process. Each module has an independent buffer that can be interrogated as required. Input state changes can also be counted without affecting event recording. The current sense or status and counter value of inputs can be returned to the host as required.
Input signals are conditioned and common problems such as contact bounce are handled flexibly and therefore multiple events are not recorded on mechanical contacts. The resolution of event recording is 1mS and synchronisation can be maintained between all 933 recorders in a distributed application. The host communicates with the 933 using the RS485 communications network and there are a small number of commands involved configuring the module. Frequency measurements can be made on all inputs up to a maximum of 900 Hz however channels 7 & 8 are capable of a maximum of 20 kHz. Cycle period and interval measurements can also be made on channels 1 & 2 for improved resolution on low frequency signals. Notes.
1 If the processed events exceed the buffer capacity the event recording 'freezes' thus preserving the first 250 events. An event is defined as all input changes within the specified de-bounce interval. (e.g. if several channels change within a 100mS period and the de-bounce interval was set for 100mS for all these channels then it would be recorded as one event).
2 Sync Interface. In applications using more than one 933 where the measurement of events captured on different units must be in agreement to 1mS the modules can be synchronised using the SYNC terminals connected. The SYNC LED on the 933 designated the master indicates successful synchronisation and is illuminated continuously when lock is achieved on slave 933 units.
